Reviews
The second time I participated in the Seoul one-day tour organized by klook, the service quality is still at the same level. I have participated in railway cycling before, so this time I chose the combination of "slope slide" and "grass mud horse 🦙 Paradise". The pulley is very exciting, fun and easy to operate. It is suitable for adults and children. It is highly recommended experience. In addition, the male tour guide Steve is very friendly and talkative, his Chinese level is very good, and he can speak fluent Mandarin. The knowledge about Korean culture is also very rich, and I can give detailed introductions to tourists, and the itinerary is also ideal 🙂
both places are worth going. it would be better if we are given more time to spend at the Alpaca. Definitely must try the walking with Alpaca. Point to note: There's lots of walking up and down the slopes to explore the whole park. we had lunch at the restaurant outside the rail bike place which is delicious. we paid extra to get 2 seater bike. so rem to tell the tour guide if prefer 2 seater. he will need to buy ticket in advance. Points to note for this activity: Very cold during the ride. There's only 2 toilets available: 1 after the rail bike and 1 after the romance train (the only toilet break before the 2hrs back to Seoul) Suggestion: I would suggest the tour guide to upfront request passengers to stick to their initial seating throughout the itinerary. Would also suggest tour guide to remind passengers of the toilet break at the rail bike.
we spent a day in legoland during weekdays. the people are fewer. we are able to rides all of its attraction. its easy because we avail the transfer as well. the tour guide- connor- he's very friendly, professional and helpful.
Awesome. Just like the Lego Movie’s music theme, “Everything is Awesome”. My family and I really loved and enjoyed Legoland. And our guide, Peter Park ( LOL, wife thought of Spider-Man), was friendly, helpful and very informative. We learned some interesting history facts about Korea’s history. Thank you Peter. A generous man as well.
It was quite a rushing experience. The Alpaca World is big and although the package stated 2hr 30min, we were given 2hr initially which was then negotiated to 2hr 15min. Every station within the Alpaca World was a touch-and-go due to the time constraint. The Rail Bike, too, was rushing, not something u could cycle at your own pace. However, due to the locations of both attractions, which is inaccessible, provided you have your own private hire or transport, the tour should suffice. Future tour agency should consider a longer duration at both locations for tourists to enjoy more memorable moments there. Nevertheless, our tour guide Charles was very helpful especially assisting us with photo-taking. He is also knowledgeable in recommending places to visit while in Korea.
the journey to alpaca world was quite nauseating.. maybe the turns and ups and downs.. lol.. but it was a good experience. to see the animals there.. need to go and enjoy this part of Korea. 🩷👍
- Our tour guide driver Jayce provided good introductions for each attraction. The car was private and spacious. I recommend this for family bookings. - The Rail Bike was a good experience. Even if it was tiring, it was nice to see the views and go through the different tunnels. - Alpaca World was fun! Be ready to walk a lot. While the zoo was smaller compared to other ones, there was a lot of uphill hikes. Best to go in the summer when there aren't much people, but bring an umbrella and water bottle. There’s an activity where you collect stamps in particular stations. You will claim a surprise gift at the gift shop as you exit.
I am Jack, and I have joined the tour going to alpaca world, peach picking and luge car. The lunch is very good. Asa is very nice, friendly and chill. He is like a friend of us, he is very caring thoughout the whole trip, he is willing to help us with any problems we have even though it is not related to the tour.
James was a very kind and friendly guide. He was very attentive to our needs and the tour was comfortable. I wished there was more time at Alpaca world though. 1hr+ was not really enough because the place was huge with other animals. Still, we really enjoyed the trip! Rail bike was also enjoyable especially if you’re with your loved one. Thank you James! 🥰😍
It was a great trip experience in Korea. The tour guide Austin was very good, attentive and friendly. The family took the children to play rail bikes and go to the Cao Mud Horse Ranch. The children loved it and left good memories. Thank you!
