i’m gna let my husband write the review with speech to text: “It was so good. The spa was so hot, and the pool was so big. You could see the view from the pool. Oh my God, yes. When we got to the spa, oh my Lord, it was so relaxing. They played bird noises, and they had this trinket that had noises on it, and it was so nice and soothing. I fell asleep. My wife says I was snoring the entire time. Afterwards, we went to the bathtub, and oh, was it bubbly? It had roses. Best day ever.”
The service experience was excellent, the location was convenient, the room was beautiful, and the staff service was also very good. Compared to other hotels of the same caliber, Rosewood feels superior, and the decor and cleanliness are also excellent.
Excellent value, celebrated my partner's birthday, very satisfied. The service was 100%, a real city escape with a full day of relaxation. Hope to go again.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; Firstly, its the extemely LOUSY hospitality as of being a HOTEL GUEST of ROSEWOOD111 5-STAR-HOTEL, 1-STAR IN HOSPITALITY. THE SPA'S FEMALE MANAGER IS MANDY LUK, WHO IS A DUTY-MANAGER AT THE MOMENT. PLS DO NOT GO TO THEIR SPA AS ITS ONLY OWNED BY MR. CHEUNG'S FAMILY INSTEAD OF ROSEWOOD'S GRROUPS OUTSTANDING MANAGMENT IN GENERAL. SECONDLY, THEIR SLIPPERS WERENT SUPPLIED EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE PAYING FOR$$ 8000 EACH NIGHT. THE SLIPPERS WERE JUST BROKE AFTER WEARING FOR 20MINS. THE CHAIRS OF SWIMMING POOL ARE MESSY AROUND UNDER THE WINDSTORM. NOBDODY WOULD HV BEEN FIXED THESE UP1111. PLUS, THE HAIRBLOWERS SUPPLY FOR A DANGEROUS CHINA TAO-BAO'S COPYCAT. BE ALERTED IT WITH NO DOUBT....... THX YOU MUCH FOR UR TACKY EXPERIENCE AT ALL.
Had a wonderful afternoon, highly recommended. The indoor facilities are clean and comfortable, and the outdoor environment is also very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and can clearly explain the use of different facilities and provide assistance.
After purchasing the package, I had to email the hotel to make an appointment. I went to the hotel early the next day so I could use some of the facilities early. After finishing, I didn’t have half a day to kill.
