Surcharges:
- Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of VND50,000 per hour
- Pick up and drop off location outside the city will incur an additional surcharge of VND200,000 per one way ride

The transport was on time. Driver spoke little or next to none English. He was always on the phone (he had 2) answering calls and messaging which made the journey down the Long Lanh Pass hair-raising at times. Once we arrived at Nha Trang he left us by the main road and just pointed to a narrow lane saying "hotel, hotel", then sped away even when I insisted I check out the location first. It was a good thing we had Google maps to show us the way. Imagine having to drag luggage especially with young children or elderly in tow.

We arrived cheaper than by taxi. The driver was a little late, but not critical. On the way, he even gave everyone bottled water. It is better to once again clarify how many passengers. And then there were 5 passengers in the voucher, and for some reason the local operator wanted to send a silk car, it's good that I immediately clarified and immediately decided everything. If you write the time, do not forget to prescribe a.m. or r.m. , otherwise we have accepted 24-hour use, or overlaps may happen.

We booked at 1.30pm but the driver came early. Very punctual. We were glad that we no need to wait longer, as we can left the hotel early. The journey was about 3 hours, to reach Nha Trang. The car is clean and nice.
We took the transfer service from Dalat to Mui Ne. The driver was punctual and very helpful.The car was new, clean, spacious and comfortable. We stopped midway to take lunch and the driver waited for us patiently. The mountain view from the restaurant was great. Despite the sometimes bumpy and winding roads, it was a really pleasant journey for my family.
