Notes on tickets
*Single-person tickets can only be used by one person once, and cannot be used repeatedly; double-person tickets require two people to enter at the same time and cannot be used separately.
- Weekday tickets can only be used once from Monday to Friday that are not national holidays. If you use it on a holiday, you need to pay the difference; if you hold a holiday ticket and use it from Monday to Friday, the difference will not be refunded (National holidays: 1/1, 2/ 8. 2/12, 2/13, 2/14, 4/4, 4/5; make-up days will be regarded as weekdays)
- This ticket is a valuable ticket, please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, holed, altered, defaced, copied or torn, it will be deemed invalid.
- This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (ends on April 7, 2024), and will be deemed invalid if it is overdue. Please go to the original ticket purchase channel before 2024/4/7 to request a refund or exchange. Late tickets will not be processed. For the refund and exchange procedures, please refer to the refund regulations of each channel. *Only refunds for tickets sold at on-site ticket booths will be accepted at the exhibition venue. Complete unused tickets, invoices, and credit card signatures must be attached. *Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant ID must be presented. If you do not bring the ID, you will be judged as to whether you are over 90 centimeters; the age calculation method is based on the actual age on the day of the visit) *Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by the service staff before entering. If they are not qualified, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential status (preferential tickets, love tickets) cannot request partial refunds after entering with tickets. - Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter alone and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
- The organizer does not take the initiative to provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue in accordance with the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
- Please do not wear coats when entering the exhibition venue, and please carry your backpack forward to avoid collision with exhibits. It is recommended to bring light carry-on luggage to the exhibition venue
- There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition venue. Please go to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall to use the restroom before entering the venue.
- Please abide by the visiting routes, exhibition rules and on-site staff instructions. If you encounter a large crowd, please wait in line in order.
- Taking photos and videos is prohibited in some areas of this exhibition, and the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. You are not allowed to take commercial photos or interviews without prior permission. Please abide by the regulations of each exhibition area and respect the intellectual property rights of the exhibition and the copyright of the works.
- Playing, running, eating and drinking are prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets at the exhibition venue is prohibited. If there is any inappropriate behavior, it will be invalid after being advised. , you must leave the venue immediately without any objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
- Pets (except guide dogs), portable plastic bags, long-handled umbrellas (please keep short-handled umbrellas in your carry-on bag) and various dangerous goods and contraband are not allowed in the exhibition venue; slapping and touching are prohibited in the exhibition venue If you touch the exhibits and showcases, if there is any damage, you need to compensate according to the price.
- There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order within the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
- If you need to re-enter the venue after leaving, you can stamp the repeat entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition venue and queue up at the entrance again. However, entry and exit to the exhibition are only allowed during the exhibition business hours on that day. There is no need to purchase additional tickets to purchase goods in the souvenir area. Please go to the souvenir area from the exit.
- In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors to the exhibition venue reaches the upper limit, crowd control will be implemented and ticket sales will be suspended at the ticket office.
