Entry to the Suzhou Tiger Hill with the vouchers I purchased from Klook was a breeze. We arrived at 8:30am when the park was not crowded. We even had the entire teahouse to ourselves! The staff at the teahouse offered us complimentary snacks to go with our tea. When we left the park at approximately 10:30am, we saw crowds of local tourists streaming in.
I have been a customer for many years and have always had no problems and have recommended it to relatives and friends many times. However, the recent cancellation of orders has made me very unhappy. When I learned that my trip was delayed, I immediately canceled the order on the day of use according to the terms and conditions. However, I couldn't connect to the customer service center after logging into the app multiple times that day. After multiple negotiations, I couldn't cancel the order. As soon as I submitted an inquiry or responded to the online dialogue center, I couldn't connect to the server immediately. I was responding in Chinese but suddenly an English customer service person was sent to negotiate. What's funny is that this English customer service person's English is not as good as mine, and he was full of mistakes. After finally getting connected to the Internet, I had to submit a request to cancel the order again, and then it continued like this. Every time I was asked again if I wanted to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order, but the server problem couldn't be answered at all. Using the same network, I have no problem accessing other apps and web pages, and viewing your product pages and making payments are very smooth. Only the online conversation center has server problems. I don’t know what the reason is? Then the order can only be canceled using the online customer service center. Please improve the cancellation process, the server of the online dialogue center and the quality of customer service, which greatly affects the customer experience.
