This was one of the best trips I have booked in Japan, not just because of the beautiful scenery but because of how well everything was planned and explained in advance by our tour guide, Steve. He shared helpful information for each spot beforehand, making the experience relaxed/enjoyable. I was impressed by his fluency in Japanese, English, Chinese 😎Steve was friendly, polite, and kind 🙏🏻he made everyone feel comfortable, took great photos for me and never left us alone, which made the trip feel safe and personal. views were breathtaking even on a cold, windy day🥰and the staff were hygienic. The Happy Pancake place was a highlight, and Steve’s tips helped us get the best seating. He even ensured I had hot water for my noodles at lunch. Spotting a whirlpool on a windy day felt special 🥰The Awa Odori dance was elegant and fun, with live music that made it impossible not to dance—I even won an award 😍I highly recommend this trip in spring or fall for a relaxed yet stunning day.10/10 ⭐️

The tour guide Xiao Liu is very experienced. The tides of Naruto Uzumaki are different every day. We were originally scheduled to take the boat at 11:30 (we couldn't see the whirlpool at noon that day because it was flat tide). He and the driver changed the itinerary to have lunch first and see Awa. After dancing, we went on a boat to see the Naruto Whirlpool. Sure enough, we saw the mid-tide whirlpool. It was very shocking. If you go to these attractions from Osaka by yourself, it would be very time-consuming to take public transportation. Klook’s itinerary was very smooth. The day was 9 I took a minibus, which was very comfortable, and arrived at Happy Waffles at 9:30. However, the waffle shop was very crowded that day, and I had to queue for a long time before I could enter the waffle shop to eat peach waffles. Eating waffles while looking at the sea view is so incomparably happy☺️ I hope I can spend more time at Happy Waffles. I can have lunch for an hour. There are many local food souvenirs in the lunch shop, and some restaurants also sell sashimi. Don rice, cheap and delicious, sweet potato related food is a big highlight 😀 The Awa Odori performance is also very interesting, worth watching 😃 Spend part of this trip to eat a pancake for 1900 yen (limited peach flavor with ice cream) + Lunch rice ball with grilled chicken for 750 yen + Awa dance for 800 yen + Naruto Uzumaki steamboat for 1600 yen. For your reference~ Recommended for friends who like natural scenery😀

I have participated in Klook many times, and this time it is Xiao Liu, the tour leader I want to recommend the most. He is funny, responsible and enthusiastic! Any trip that is not fun will become richer because of the relationship with the tour leader! The pancake scenery in Awaji is really beautiful, Naruto's whirlpool is really unique, and the Awa Odori dance is so joyful! The six of us happily danced together on stage, which was very meaningful! Xiao Liu’s group won another gold medal! This itinerary skips different temples and scenic spots! Friends who like to watch the sea can try it!

The tour guide is good, the scenery is beautiful, the Happy Pancake is delicious and beautiful, there are many whirlpools, it is easy to take videos and photos, and you can watch the Apollo drama.

The pancakes were delicious, the Awa Odori dance was beautiful, and Director Yang's introduction was spot-on. After completing the entire itinerary, I feel that adding one more stop on Awaji Island would make the trip even more complete.

Pro: Guide will check on Whirlpool timing and adjust accordingly. Happy pancake is really a very picturesque place. Cons: no confirmation given as stated in voucher. only recieved it after chatting with klook, they sent a whatsapp confirmation. We could not find the place and whatsapp the given number. meeting was 8am. they replied at 930 and said that's the office operating hours. -,-.. When we found the place, guide said 3 of us has chosen English speaking but they placed us in the Chinese group and said they will be speaking chinese becausethe majoritychose chinese.. there was 4 other groups.We asked to go other eng group then Guide said he will do both languages and explain to the rest later.. As the Whirlpool timing was changed to 3ish, they said after happy pancakes will be the dance hall. but after happy pancakes, we were brought to the food court area for another hour plus. there will not be another meal break till we are back in namba at night. Guide laughed and said we were going to eat again and doubt we can eat since we already ate at happy pancakes. not funny especially if travelling with kids. Whirlpool is a natural phenomenon. didn't really manage to catch it but cant be helped. all in all, not really worth the price paid. mainly coz of placement of language group and matching the meal timing together in the morning.

It’s hard to get a group tour. I felt like I went on a one-day trip to Shikoku. I passed through Kobe and then to Akashi Bridge and then to Naruto Bridge to enter Shikoku. I felt excited. Although I couldn’t see the whirlpool, it was still worth going.

Tour guide Liu is very humorous, and his wit always adds a lighthearted element to every explanation, making the whole bus lively and cheerful. Whenever he speaks, he always brings laughter, whether it's a clever joke or a vivid story, making people burst into laughter. He is also familiar with all kinds of local snacks. With his recommendations, everyone can eat with confidence and never worry about trying something bad. Every bite of snack comes with his careful selection and recommendation, allowing us to taste the most authentic delicacies.
