Set sail into the new year with a renewed spirit of adventure! The Harbourview’s Harbour Restaurant invites guests on board the “Sail of the Sea” Ocean Feast Dinner Buffet — a gourmet voyage from 2 January to 31 March 2026, themed around “A Culinary Voyage Around the World”. Inspired by an oceanic journey, the buffet transforms premium seafood and international delicacies into treasures discovered along the way, guiding diners from Asia through the Caribbean and along the European coastline, exploring flavors from seas across the globe.
Staying true to the restaurant’s creativity and craftsmanship, the Harbour Restaurant culinary team draws inspiration from the romance of ocean voyages to craft the “Sail of the Sea” Ocean Feast Dinner Buffet. The menu showcases seafood delicacies from around the world — each dish a discovery on this epic taste expedition. From refreshing seafood starters and comforting soups to an impressive spread of international dishes, highlights include freshly shucked oysters, Canadian snow crab clusters, bread crabs, and blue mussels — all served on ice.
A themed dessert corner, inspired by maritime and oceanic elements, offers an array of visually stunning and flavorful sweets, inviting every guest to embark on a romantic, colorful culinary voyage, marking the start of an extraordinary new year.
Signature Dishes – Ocean-Inspired Global Creations
- Captain’s Assorted Seafood in Bamboo Basket: A splendid opening act to the feast — a bamboo basket brimming with ocean treasures, symbolizing the moment of departure. Duck Smoked with Tie Guan Yin Tea Essence – Tender duck breast is slow-smoked with Tie Guan Yin tea leaves, infusing each slice with subtle floral depth and refined Eastern aroma. Island Spice Jerk Chicken – Marinated in an island-style blend of exotic spices, grilled over charcoal until crisp outside and juicy within, delivering bold tropical intensity.
