Best Samurai Experience in Tokyo

The staff and instructor was very accommodating, me and my wife went here together to experience Japan culture. I'm a fan of Demon Slayer and Ghost of Tsushima so learning the way of the Samurai in a fun and but also funny way was a great experience! The location was also great and quiet neighborhood. I would love to do it again! They will also help you get lots of photos, in our case we let them use our phones so that they could take photos and videos for us.

This by far is the best experience we've had in Japan. The instructor is very entertaining and explained all the Samurai moves with passion. He made us feel comfortable and always encouraged us even when we weren't doing the right moves. His assistant was all smiles and also very patient with us. The one who was taking the videos and photos was amazing. She captured us in action really well.

This was such an incredible experience that really exceeded my expectations! Our instructors were so kind and informative, I can’t say enough nice things about them. I didn’t know the training would be private with just my husband and I, which made it even better! Our instructors helped dress us down in traditional kimonos and samurai pants and made sure to take plenty of photos and videos throughout. This was by far my favorite part of our Japan trip, I highly recommend!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My husband and I had so much fun and it was one of our favorite things to do in Japan. Everyone was friendly, fun, and funny. I will definitely be doing this again in the future!

It was a very fun activity. Our family had a great time; with our costumes and "wooden" swords, we first learned basic movements and then fought in a "theatrical way." :) Accompanied by plenty of photos and videos, we created an invaluable memory. I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the instructors who helped us!

instructors were very nice and instructional, you start with getting to pick your robe, then they give you your pants and tie on your belt, very understandable English and very helpful with correcting form. they have tripods so they can record the experience for you and you get to take a picture at the end with the teachers and more around the dojo.

This was a fun, interactive experience. While learning the samurai techniques we also enjoyed the rich history of the samurai. The senseis were passionate about the historical warrior class and made it a fun experience for our family.

My exprience here was extremely fun, very authentic Japanese and Samurai Dojo Vibes and the instructors were really friendly,patient and fluent in English as well. Lots of Kimino options to choose from. Probably the highlight of my trip to Tokyo and would definitely recommend it!!
