The ladies were incredibly experienced, patient, and attentive, making the entire kimono-dressing experience smooth and enjoyable. We felt beautifully dressed and ready for our walk around Asakusa and Sensō-ji. What we especially appreciated was that they offer options to suit a range of budgets, making the experience accessible for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic kimono experience in Tokyo!

Our concerns about the cleanliness of the kimono we were going to rent turned out to be unnecessary. The kimono we chose was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and highly professional in dressing us and styling our hair just the way we wanted. The photographer provided -Ms. Lu was also very professional and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

After making the reservation, I realized that the flagship store was closer to Kaminarimon and our hotel. Contacting customer service, they quickly helped us change the reservation to the flagship store. The flagship store is very large and beautiful. Even though this special offer wasn't available there, customer service kindly reminded us beforehand that this location's prices are higher. I think it was extremely worthwhile, highly recommended. The photography service was very professional, I loved every photo, and it was hard to choose which ones to have retouched. I really wanted to wear a furisode, but it was too hot. The staff shared with us that there will be an anniversary event in October with furisode at half price! I'm already preparing to book for the autumn foliage season. The photography is really natural, and they're great at guiding you so you don't feel awkward at all, plus they speak Chinese.

My husband and I are plus size but they had no problem dressing us, this spot is right next to sinsoji so we didn't have to walk far to get our photos we only wore our outfits for 3 hours bc it was so hot out but we had the option to keep them till close. I would recommend scheduling an appointment after 1pm as it's much cooler and easier to wear for the day.

First time in Tokyo, I saw the KLOOK Tokyo experience ranking and chose this one. The experience was super good. GOOGLEMAP took us to the branch. The counter also greeted us quickly, and the service attitude was very good! And they can speak Chinese. First, they introduced the different plans and prices. The flagship store is very big and beautiful! I didn't expect to stumble upon such a beautiful store.

Their customer service was excellent they were patient, attentive, and made sure everything fit perfectly. The kimono selection was beautiful with so many elegant designs to choose from.

There were many kimonos to choose from, ranging from classic styles to very cute designs. Getting dressed and having our hair done was easy and enjoyable, and we received several compliments. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the experience. Overall, a very positive experience.

This was the most worthwhile part of my trip to Japan, no disappointments at all!! The service was friendly, the styles were beautiful, the hairstyles were all so gorgeous, and just like the clothes, there were so many options to choose from. Five stars isn't enough to express how good it was! This place deserves 50 stars! I specifically chose this location because it's far from Kaminarimon and near Senso-ji Temple, so there are fewer people and you can take your time choosing and taking pictures. You also don't have to worry about the selection being limited if you come late.

I chose this kimono shop because they also have makeup services (for an additional cost) unlike most other rental shops. We ended up picking the premium option and were very happy with the kimono styles we ended up with. The employees here were all very nice and helpful despite me being an English speaker.
