I purchased a pool pass and a one-hour aromatherapy massage. I was given a welcome drink when I arrived and filled in my personal information to tell the masseur which areas to avoid or key areas. The massage process was very professional and comfortable. The masseur knew that I was a Hong Kong tourist and even spoke a few words in Cantonese. I was overjoyed. Hot drinks and snacks were provided after the massage. Thank you Tai & Baitoey for their excellent service. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. It is absolutely worth the money.

When you arrive, you will be given a physical condition consultation form, where you can fill in the areas that need strengthening and choose the massage intensity. I purchased a 90-minute aromatic oil massage. There is no problem with the massage technique. The intensity can be adjusted with the technician. The room is spacious and clean, with shower room/toilet/dressing table, and the service staff is friendly. The price of hotel massage is on the high side, but the staff service and equipment are relatively reassuring. Overall worth recommending.

Because I stayed in this hotel, and the original price was very expensive, I happened to have a special offer at klock so I came to try it. The environment was very good, the reception staff was very kind, and the massage therapist was very gentle.

The service attitude is very friendly. They pay attention to the customer's feelings and treat my injured wrist thoughtfully. The hot stone massage is also very comfortable. It is worth visiting again!

It was great! Very luxurious. I liked the free products. Honestly, you can get better massages in other places but this was okay. Nice treat and gorgeous place. Great customer service too.

Because I stayed in this hotel, I had a massage at the hotel on the last day after leaving Bangkok before going to the airport. The overall environment and service were great, but I probably won’t do the Five Elements program next time, and I’ll probably do the regular oil massage. more comfortable

best Massage!! couples room was a bit small but comes complete with shower and toilet. the only problem i have is the spa expected me to give them 2 QR codes, which klook provided a single combined QR. we had to wait for them to verify QR.

the therapist was very friendly and professional. ambience is good too. welcome drink was provided prior to start of treatment. highly recommended!

Oh wow this place is something out of this world! The most luxurious spa I’ve seen in Bangkok. I had an amazing Massage by Nida. And thanks a lot for Baitoey for her seamless assistance in booking and arrangement.
