DMZ Join-in & Private Tour with Fully Licensed Tour Guide

This DMZ tour was amazing and one of the best parts of our trip. Our guide, Ivy, was friendly, organised, and explained the history really well. The historical information was interesting, easy to understand, and made the visit much more meaningful. Everything was well planned, and we learned a lot about Korea’s history. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting South Korea!

❤️❤️Highly recommended❤️❤️ Upon boarding, you'll fill out basic information to receive a pass. There are two guides on the bus (Hong guiding in Mandarin, and Hana guiding in English). There are many foreign tourists on this tour. The guides are detailed in their explanations, have extensive experience leading tours, and answer all questions. Compared to the Starbucks tour, this tour is a classic itinerary. The current season is the off-season. During the peak season, the tour departs at 5:00 AM and lines up at Imjingak to wait for the opening. The cost of the meal at Unification Village is ₩13,000 per person and the flavor is a bit strong (includes a buffet, seaweed soup, and mineral water). Because Unification Village is a military stronghold, it cannot be easily cultivated. Unification Village boasts "Jangdan Three Whites" – soybeans, rice, and ginseng – thanks to its clean water and fertile soil. These specialties were once offered to the royal court and are now a source of pride for Paju as souvenirs. Many travelers come here to taste the soft serve ice cream made with Jangdan beans, which has a rich, mellow flavor with a hint of nuts!

Nancy is fancy! Wow what a guide! She was very clear on her instructions, very thoughtful of the bus crew. Her communication was 100% clear. The tour was something I will never forget this was well organised. VIP travel you deserve a medal ! Nancy was so sweet and made us laugh which was great. She was also very helpful organising things for us as well, she really went above and beyond ! I hope to book again to bring family to visit I will book to have Nancy again as the guide. Our tour guides, Kelly (for the English tour) and Bella (for the Mandarin tour) are very helpful and cheerful. Both provided very clear, detailed introduction of the attraction points. We have enough time to visit the places and we had a relaxing and yet informative tour.

I have to be honest this tour is a bit expensive BUT this was really interesting to see and to hear all the history and it’s all thanks to our amazing tour guide Gabby, she is really awesome and she made this tour unforgettable. Thank you once again Gabby, we are so tired now but we loved it

It is a bit expensive compared to the Join-in group tour but for the comfort it is great. We were picked up and dropped off in our hotel. The guide was nice and he explained everything well. We weren't rushed through out the tour. Expenses like Toll gate fees, parking fees, entrance fees and meals are not part of the of the private tour so you have to pay them after the tour.

Our guide, Coco, was very kind and knowledgeable about history, making for a truly wonderful experience. We booked a private tour this time, so there wasn't a Japanese-speaking guide, but Coco explained everything slowly and carefully in English, which allowed us to understand and enjoy the tour. The transfer vehicle was also a comfortable Mercedes-Benz limousine bus! I highly recommend this to everyone.

one of the best tours we had. our tour guide, hana, gave us a lot of informative details about North Korea, DMZ, JSA and so muh more. this is one of a kind experience.

Highly recommend this tour and especially with Ivy as the guide. The tour was informative, eventful and a highlight of our Seoul trip. The itinerary was well planned and very well executed so that you really got to know the history. The private tour made the tour extra comfortable and easier to take in everything, really worth it. Ivy was the perfect guide and cannot be recommended or praised enough, she made the tour comfortable, easy to follow, informative and an overall success!

This was an amazing tour! Hana our tour guide was incredible! she was so lovely and knowledgeable and our son who is extremely anxious with new people absolutely loved her! Hana came with us to every area and gave us so much information. The car we had was super spacious and comfortable and our driver was super friendly. Hana spoke amazing English so didn’t have any language barriers to which is idea for tourists. The itinerary was also great! I couldn’t recommend Hana as a guide more highly!!!!! Thank you so much
