This January, City Café presents the "Abalone, Fish Maw & Seafood Dinner Buffet," featuring unlimited servings of over ten varieties of chilled seafood and sashimi, including freshly flown-in oysters, chilled prawns, snow crab legs, fresh clams, blue mussels, and assorted Japanese sashimi. Signature highlights include Baked Korean Wild Catch Pearl Scallop with Fish Maw and Crab Roes Sauce, Baked Oysters, Japanese Congee with Fresh Crab and Shredded Abalone, Casserole with Chicken, Fish Maw, Gold Oyster and Abalone, Slow Cooked Australian Wagyu, and Roasted Pesto Rack of Lamb.
