Reviews
First of all, the tour guide did not come to pick us up on time. Later, we needed the help of the coffee shop staff to call the travel agency, and the tour guide came to pick us up. As soon as the tour guide came, he promoted their travel agency's itinerary, and there was no explanation about the tour process. However, the travel agency later helped to change the tour guide. The boss is also nice and the whole trip was enjoyable. Thank you to the driver.
We paid over £20 for this tour with the Klook website stating that there would be no extra charges. On arrival to multiple destinations we were told we needed to pay which worked out at the equivalent of £7 extra. This meant that, for the things that we saw and our overall experience the tour was very expensive. Also the advertised itinerary was not the one followed on the day and we missed many of the advertised locations which was a shame. Guide collected us from our hotel and a vehicle took us to Monkey temple which was great. When we contacted the organiser and explained the above he replied with ‘oh’ and no explanation which was disappointing. Overall expensive and disappointing.
guide was on his phone most of the time. did not provide much information on sites, very disappointed.
Hi Customer, Thank you for choosing Klook and for taking the time to leave us a valuable review. We regret to hear about your experience with how the tour guide provided their services during the trip. We hope you are doing well and we take your feedback extremely seriously. This has been noted and passed to the local operator for future improvements. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!" Klook Service Recovery and Resolution Team

Insider Tips:
- They say one of the most memorable ways to experience the Swayambhunath Stupa is by making it up the long staircase en route to the temple, which cuts through a forested hillside. The steps number to 365, but don't be daunted by this number – you'll have monkeys for company on the way up
