Review for: Join-in Utrecht Canal cruise tour

We approached the booth and the staff three times asking for help and they said it was not their company. On the third attempt, they said it was and we boarded the boat with moneys to spare for our cruise. We had to sit towards the back because most seats were taken. The people behind us were so loud and inconsiderate, we could not hear any of the audio tour. Nothing was done to correct it so we heard nothing at all. It was a costly waste of money. We will not book again. Extremely disappointed.
