[Child seats and luggage] ・This service uses officially operated vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory according to Japanese regulations. If required, 1 child booster cushion can be provided free of charge; ・A surcharge of JPY 2,500 per additional seat is required, please note in advance when placing an order. Please note that child seats occupy approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect riding comfort and luggage space. ・The standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be informed in advance and will be calculated as 2 pieces of luggage. ・If you cannot get on the bus due to exceeding the number of people or luggage capacity, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the passenger.

[Vehicles and driving range] ・Vehicles may be changed to vehicles of the same grade depending on the dispatch on the day, and specific models cannot be specified. ・If you want to customize the route, please fill in the itinerary for customer service confirmation when placing the order. ・Driving range: Limited to attractions in Tokyo ・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or B&Bs in Tokyo; a deadhead fee (JPY 5,000–20,000) will be charged for areas outside the area. ・Urayasu, Disneyland and Haneda Airport are not within the pick-up and drop-off range in Tokyo, and a one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will be charged if pick-up and drop-off is required.

[Chartered service hours] ・Standard service hours: 10 hours, overtime fees will be charged if exceeded. ・The vehicle use time range is between 7:00-22:00. If it exceeds this time, please make a note when placing an order for customer service confirmation.

[Overtime fee] Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for every 1 hour exceeding (more than 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 will be charged for every 1 hour exceeding (more than 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) ・Delays caused by traffic jams, waiting or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee. ・If you need to continue using the car after 22:00, please confirm with customer service in advance; a late-night service fee will be charged separately, and the fee is JPY 5,000 per hour.

[Other reminders] ・The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. ・If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please make a note when placing the order for customer service confirmation. If arrangements can be made, a JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. ・The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the car is used); please wait for the car at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. ・If the itinerary includes “Mount Fuji 5th Station”, you will need to pay the mountain climbing fee on site (approximately JPY 2,100–3,700), which can be paid by the driver on your behalf. ・Communication reminder: LINE IDs cannot be added to each other in some areas.
