5 star venue and spa with top notch experience and great services. we had the Couple room with best sea view and nice suite. Therapists are great . staff are super professional and friendly. they also gave me a Birthday surprise and cake with tea and fruits. absolutely 💯
Excellent spa experience and professional therapists. The ambience of the massage room is great and everything in the room is clean & well maintained. Warm hospitality from the staff which made me felt so welcomed. It’s one of the best spa I have in HK and the value for money is high!
The room is so large, clean, and has a sea view. The masseur's gestures are good. There are three types of massage oil to choose from. The sauna is relatively far from the room and passes through the open air.

The two-person package is very discounted and cost-effective! The environment is clean and quiet, very suitable for enjoying a massage after busy work. The masseur has good gestures and a good service attitude. The most important thing is that he does not force you to buy additional packages or products!

Therapist - excellent. Hyatt decor - excellent as usual. Phone booking and front desk lady receptionist - unprofessional, lacking integrity. Front desk lady provided wrong information over phone, failed to own up to it in person. Had to ask if she was the one on phone earlier before she was willing to step up and admit it; prior to that kept whispering into her superior’s ear like some highschool gossip session and side eyeing guests instead of trying to problem solve let alone apologise. Prior had positive experiences with the Hyatt Brand but this encounter sadly left a poor impression. Expected better training, communication, caliber of staff and customer experience, especially at this price point (HKD2.2K+). Though management stepped in and offered a small token by way of apology, the damage was done. Front desk staff is essential as booking and communication is part of whole experience. Last thing guests want is stress due to incompetent service. Pressed for time so the little fiasco resulted in shortened window to enjoy facilities. Pity since the therapists I cannot fault, and the Brand held a high place in my heart till now.

The masseurs are professional and the process was very soothing. We purchased an extra hour for a spa bath which allowed us enough time to enjoy the room after the massage. Overall a great experience and good value for money!
love the atmosphere and the view from the room is awesome. too bad it was for 1 hour only as I wish it could be longer for sure!
