I rarely have to visit tourist attractions because basically I think you can go if you want and I don’t want to force you to do so, but this tourist attraction in Bordeaux is really amazing! ! ! ! ! During World War II, Bordeaux was the temporary capital of France, so it was severely bombed. This was a submarine base that was rarely bombed. Now this place changes exhibitions every once in a while. Now it is a light show, with Van Gogh and Rembrandt as the characters. For the main theme, he will have two performances, each of which lasts about 20 minutes. The two parts plus the small exhibition room took almost an hour to watch, but I stayed for two hours hahaha because I watched the Van Gogh part twice😭 It was so touching to see Van Gogh, who has become history, among the survivors of history. I almost shed tears. The projection of the light and sound effects on the water was so awesome! Sharp! Harmful! Highly recommended, you must see it
A truly fascinating place. It's less of an 'art' exhibit and more of an immersive experience set in an incredible space. The sound and visuals are amazing, and the way they reflect off the water in the old submarine base is breathtaking. Be sure to give yourself at least an hour to fully enjoy both shows. I cannot recommend this enough
If you ever travel to france, go here!! Its soooo beautiful and for modern art lovers its a heaven. This used to be bunkers to hide submarines by Hitler and i am very impressed how they have used the space. The sound system, the synchronisation and the art itself is all so well combined. They have a small cube within the halls where you can just lie down and enjoy the horizons and garden themed and bonus is that car park space is free.
Overall experience was great!😀 there were no need for queueing with this ticket. 👍🏻 the museum is very spacious, I have never been to something like this before - the artwork with music together the combo is stunning !✨the location however is a bit far from city centre and inside is quite stuffy and warm.
Very innovative location to put this illumination! Such a historical location with a lot of story. The actual illuminations are beautiful. My two favourite paintings/artists were shown. The different spaces allowed for different viewing experiences which allowed for a more immersive experience. Also, the fact the illuminations take up the whole building allows paintings to be seen from the floor as well. A very fun experience!
It's amazing. It's a must-see. It's also a place with historical significance. This time, it was an exhibition of artworks by Van Gogh and Dutch masters.
It wasn't bad, but I wonder if it's really necessary. If you don't have time, I don't think you should go. It wasn't as good as the Bunker of Light in Jeju Island.
It’s such a beautiful place that I knew I wanted to see it. It’s a very thoughtful and immersive exhibition. I highly recommend it to people who like multimedia to experience it.
