- In case of bad weather such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 12:00) and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent trip.
- Unless there are special circumstances, the driver/tour guide will not contact you in advance.
- Each person can bring a maximum of one piece of luggage that is 28-29 inches.
- Please be sure to abide by the meeting time. The bus will not be waiting for you after the meeting time. No refund will be given if you are late due to personal reasons.
- You may choose not to follow the bus back to the departure point after the tour, but please inform us in advance in the remarks column; if you decide to do so on the spot, please sign the Chinese/English affidavit before leaving the group.

- This tour mainly uses Chinese explanations. There may not be staff who can speak English (Japanese or Korean) on the day.
- If the facility is cancelled due to force majeure after the tour has started, a partial refund will be made. Since the admission fees of facilities included in the tour price are different from the posted prices of the facilities, we cannot refund the posted prices of the facilities.
- The tour leader is not a tour guide and will not provide professional guided tours. He will only give a brief introduction to the attractions according to the itinerary of the day.
