Redemption information
- Child ticket applies to children aged 3-11. Children aged 0-2 can join for free(Please notify us at least 1 day in advance). There is no senior ticket
- Any child (Aged 11 or younger) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 orover
- Guests are suggested to arrive the pier 15 minutes prior to the departure time, to allow time for logistical arrangements. The tour will NOT wait for late-comers
- The tour may be cancelled due to below bad weather as issued by the Hong Kong Oberservatory, in such case a free rescheduling will be arranged, however no refund is available. Such rescheduled date to be within 2 months from the original tour date
- In the event of Typhoon Signal 3 or higher, Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings still being hoisted three hours before the assembly time, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled
- This tour is not stroller- or wheelchair-accessible
- Please reserve day and evening contact number for emergency issues suchas weather condition
- Please noted that personal possessions are always carried at the passenger’s own risk

- Guests must follow all the rules while they are on the Lamma Fisherfolk's Village
- In the event of special circumstances beyond the company's control, such as traffic delays, natural disasters, war, political turmoil, bad weather, typhoons, technical problems with transportation, industrial action, lost documents, strikes, etc., the itinerary must be changed or cancelled. The additional expenses or losses incurred by the tour must be borne and paid by the passenger. Passengers may not object or quit, request refund or compensation for the cost of the unfinished itinerary.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning signals are still hoisted at07:00 on the day of the scheduled tour, all MORNING tours (10:25 / 11:25 / 12:25 / 13:25)will be cancelled and rescheduled.If the above warning signals are still hoisted at 11:00, allAFTERNOON tours (14:25 / 15:25 / 16:25) will also be cancelled and rescheduled.
- In case of any disputes, the operator reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and make the final decision.
