Explanation of difference between agency service and guaranteed approval
- Agency service plan: Application is made through the official Vietnamese website. Whether the visa is issued or not is decided by the official. If rejected, no reason will be given, and approval cannot be guaranteed.
- Guaranteed approval: Application is submitted through the local visa department. Data evaluation is more controllable. If the data is insufficient, supplementary documents can be provided until approval is granted. This guarantees approval but cannot guarantee the processing working days. If the time is too close and you are worried about delaying your valuable itinerary, it is recommended to order urgent processing.
- Return method: iTour assists with the application process and tracks the application results. After the visa is issued, an electronic visa file is provided.
Notes
- Working days: Refers to normal working days, excluding holidays in Taiwan and Vietnam, weekends, and other non-working days.
- Travelers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional 5 USD + 2 headshot photos (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) upon arrival in Vietnam.
- Please note that some nationalities cannot apply for a visa.
- If you enter Phu Quoc Island airport and then transfer to other cities in Vietnam, you still need to apply for a visa, and the date of entry into Phu Quoc Island will be considered the start date of the visa; Upon entry, please check that your passport has an “EV” entry stamp. If there is any discrepancy, please immediately report it to the immigration officer and request correction to avoid affecting subsequent transfers or entry.

Basically, you don't really need to answer anything when entering customs. When using the fast track, they do open a line for passengers who purchased it, but it's not the exclusive lane you might imagine. You'll still have to wait about 30-50 minutes. My flight arrived at 3:30 PM. Compared to tourists who didn't purchase the fast track, it's definitely a bit faster. Customer service responds to issues as quickly as possible; replies will be a bit slower on weekends, but overall they can still assist.
2 hour line avoided, one of the few places in Southeast Asia this is highly appreciated.
I think the speed is very fast, and after the content is verified, you can pick it up within the specified time. I will do it again next time.
Getting a visa was so convenient! All I had to do was submit my documents and upload them to customer service via Line, and they took care of everything. Plus, customer service was always available to quickly answer any questions, which made me feel very secure and made my Hanoi trip even more efficient.
Very professional service. As long as you provide the required information, you can get a visa within about a week. The cost is reasonable and it is recommended.
This time I flew with China Airlines and wanted to check in my luggage before picking up Express. The staff said that because single-sheet visas are generally not entered into the system, if your visa needs to be printed out, you may still have to go to the airport. Go hang your luggage at the airport. Then...it is really convenient to apply for a visa using klook. Just fill in the things and pay the photos, and you don’t have to go to a travel agency. People like me who don’t have time to think about applying for a visa can make this choice and save a lot of trouble.
Getting a visa is super easy here. Just provide your round-trip flight information, a passport photo, and a headshot, and they'll take care of the rest. I applied for a Vietnamese visa myself before, two weeks in advance, and it still wasn't approved the day before my departure (they don't tell you the reason for the failure, but you can retry an unlimited number of times). I will definitely use this service again next time I go to Vietnam.
Purchase online at least a week in advance and provide information via LINE. It took about five days to get approved. They were also thoughtful enough to let me know that because it's typhoon season, the visa start date was moved one day earlier. Remember to print it out and show it at customs. Whether or not you buy fast-track clearance is up to you. It does reduce the time spent queuing, but in my experience, even after waiting in the regular line, I still had to wait at least 5 minutes for my luggage to come out, so it depends on your personal needs. Overall, it was a pleasant purchase experience.
The Vietnam visa agency service is great, saving us a lot of effort. After placing the order, you only need to provide the order number, electronic passport document, photo document and flight information (outbound and return), and you will receive it within seven working days. It's really great
LINE service window is friendly, eliminating the need to worry about filling out the wrong online visa application or getting stuck and unable to issue the visa. It is a safe and secure service.
