※ Please wear comfortable clothes that can get a little dirty. ※ If you want to dive or play in the water, we recommend wearing clothes that can get wet and bringing a change of clothes and a towel. ※ Avoid wearing high heels; wear stable shoes (sneakers, Crocs, etc.). ※ Bring a towel. ※ Dry suits and river shoes are available for free rental on cold days (advance contact required). ※ On rainy days, we offer free rental of raincoats (we recommend that you bring a change of clothes and a towel, as you may get wet). ※ Please do not wear jewelry or watches (we will not be responsible for damage or loss). ※ Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or provide a consent form to participate. ※ Children under 5 years old cannot participate. ※ Pregnant women, those who are not feeling well, or those who have consumed alcohol will be refused participation for safety reasons. ※ You will not share a SUP with other customers. ※ The activity may be canceled if weather conditions are unsafe (it will usually proceed in rainy weather). ※ The guide will not ride in the same canoe as the guests, but will accompany in a staff canoe. If you would like the guide to ride in the same canoe, please inquire in advance. ※ The guide will prioritize safety, but as the tour is an experience in a natural environment, please participate with a sense of responsibility. ※ If you would like to participate in the activity with your pet, the pet must wear a life jacket (pet life jacket rental is ¥1000 per rental). ※ The activity time may be delayed due to weather conditions or traffic conditions. ※ Basic sizes are prepared on site for dry suit rentals. ※ You will need to sign a consent form before participating in the tour. ※ The insurance is a liability insurance purchased by the facility and covers injuries or accidents that occur.
