Celebrate the New Year with a journey featuring authentic Hong Kong flavors at The Café, located at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. From January 2 to March 31, 2026, indulge in the limited-time “A Seafood Journey Through Hong Kong and Beyond” to kick off the year ahead. Inspired by Hong Kong’s culinary heritage, Executive Chef Paolo Federici and his team have crafted a series of classic Hong Kong seafood specialties that evoke the vibrant character of dai pai dong and the refined artistry of traditional Cantonese cuisine.
Highlights for the hot entrée station include the Steamed Abalone with Dried Tangerine Peel (available for weekends, public holidays & Feb 14-19 dinner buffets only), Seafood Pot with Ginger and Spring Onion (available for dinner buffet only), Crispy Oyster Omelette (available for dinner buffet only), Stir-fried King Prawn in the Typhoon Shelter Style (available for dinner buffet only), Wok-fried Shrimp with X.O. Sauce, Steamed Crab & Crab Roe with Glutinous Rice, Steamed Whole Grouper, Steamed Sea Scallop with Glass Noodle in Garlic Sauce (available for dinner buffet only), Wok-fried Razor Clam in Black Bean Sauce (available for weekends. public holidays & Feb 14-19 dinner buffets only), Baked U.S. Oysters with Garlic and Chili Sauce (available for dinner buffet only) and Salted Fish Eggplant Stew. For appetizer station, suggest Drunken Seafood with Kaiso Salad and Preserved Plum Sauce (available for dinner buffet only). At the noodle station, savor the rich and aromatic Seafood Laksa or the classic Hong Kong-Style Beef Brisket Noodles. For authentic Cantonese comfort, signature dishes such as Pork knuckles and Ginger Stew and Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw (available for dinner buffet only) promise warmth and nourishment. The dessert station is infused with nostalgic Hong Kong flavors as Executive Pastry Chef Sam Chan and his team present a curated selection blending tradition with creativity. Signature highlights include the Hong Kong Milk Tea Crème Brulé, Hong Kong Style Egg Tart and Mango Pomelo Sago Pudding.
On Fridays to Sundays and public holidays during the dinner buffet our team of chefs presents a live Japanese Buri carving experience, allowing guests to enjoy sashimi cuts from various parts, celebrated for their exceptional freshness and delicate sweetness.
From February 17 to 19 during the Lunar New Year period, The Café proudly presents a selection of festive dishes symbolizing prosperity and good fortune, inviting guests to welcome the Year of the Horse with abundance and joy. Each table will be served a Chinese New Year Good Luck “Lo Hei” Salad (available for Feb 17 only, portion sizes are subject to the number of patronage), signifying “Prosperity in Abundance,” Another standout recommendation is the Roast Suckling Pig, a timeless symbol of wealth and prosperity. Expertly carved tableside at the station, it boasts shatteringly crisp, golden-bubbled skin that gives way to succulent and juicy meat.
During dinner service, every paying adult guest will enjoy a premium dish of Braised Abalone and Fish Maw in Oyster Sauce, featuring tender 6-head abalone paired with thick-cut fish maw for a rich and nourishing taste. The hot entrée station will also showcase celebratory specialties, including Deep Fired Crispy Chicken symbolizing “Great Fortune,” Stir-fried King Prawn in Tomato Sauce for “Joy and Laughter,” and Braised E Fu Noodles with Lobster for “Longevity and Blessings”.
