What to expect
Hakone Yumoto Onsen Tenseien is a hot spring ryokan whose main attraction is the "Tenku Open-Air Bath" nestled in magnificent nature. The 17-meter-long bathtub has nothing obstructing the view above, allowing guests to enjoy Hakone's seasonal scenery, such as autumn leaves and fresh greenery. As the weather starts to get chilly, the moment you step into the warm water is pure bliss. You can relax while listening to the sound of the waterfall. In addition, the stone baths with free-flowing hot spring water and the large indoor public baths are also popular.
The ryokan also offers a full range of facilities to enjoy after your bath, such as a relaxation room with 50 reclining seats equipped with TVs, and "Ikoi-dokoro," which serves as both a dining area and a free rest area. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes. You can have a lively time with friends comparing different beers, or if you're a couple, we recommend leisurely slurping soba noodles at the teahouse.
Tenseien is also particular about the water used for meals, using Tamadare spring water that has quenched the thirst of travelers to Hakone since ancient times. The teahouse garden also features a power spot waterfall and a shrine for matchmaking, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll. - You can view your voucher by logging into the Klook app/website, tapping "Bookings" from "Account," and then tapping "View Voucher."
- You will not be able to use the voucher if you cannot present it to the local staff on the day using a smartphone or other device.

I really loved having the outdoor hot springs; it was so wonderful! After the hot springs, I relaxed in the relaxation room, even dozing off, then went back to the hot springs again, and it was just fantastic. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities are all provided. I booked in advance through Klook, which made it affordable! It was also nice to explore the outdoor area on the first floor, as there were some great photo spots.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The bath was also spacious, allowing for a relaxing time. A stroll in the garden was very pleasant as well.
