Seoul Luggage Services by LuggAgent (To/From Seoul Airport/Downtown)

We had our luggages picked up from our hotel in Myeongdong and sent to Incheon airport since our flight back to Manila is not until 10pm. This enabled us to maximize our last day in Seoul without the hassle of carrying our luggages and the flexibility to change our plans, which would not be possible if we opted for luggage storage. We're also very grateful to Agent Kai for being patient in guiding us where to go and what to do. We tried a similar service in another country and had difficulty in finding the meeting point. But with Agent Kai, he was very helpful and really helped us find our way (It was our first time in Korea) Thank you so much to our LuggAgent Kai!

It's incredibly convenient not to have to carry luggage on the last day of your trip, freeing up your hands! The customer service was excellent! They actively provided updates on my luggage's progress, and their instructions were clear, allowing me to pick up my bags on time. I even had enough time to leisurely enjoy a burger before boarding. ^_^

I really like their service. The customer service emailed me after I booked their service, when the driver reached our Airbnb and when our luggage arrived the airport. When I have queries and emailed them, they replied my email within 5 minutes. Overall the service is awesome! I will definitely use their service again next time. The only concern for us was we couldn't find their counter in the airport. The instruction was not clear. Perhaps they can mention the counter is at departure floor (Level 3), beside N19 instead. :)

The service is super convenient! Getting my luggage to the airport that night was smooth. Plus, there's a dedicated counter to look after your luggage. When dropping off your luggage, be aware that you might see a long line – those are for walk-ins! If you've booked airport luggage delivery, you can go directly to the front and find the staff there. They can process your request without having to wait in the long line, so you don't miss your time slot.

The collection of luggage from our Airbnb was quite smooth. The collection from the airport was a bit chaotic, as the communication is fully done via email and you might miss the email if you don't pay attention to it. suggest to look into WhatsApp at least so that can response real time. overall we are happy to have this luggage service as it really helped us to navigate around the city freely on the final day.

Since it seemed like the business was run by Chinese individuals, I initially felt uneasy about the communication. However, they frequently communicated with me via LINE, and on the day of arrival, they sent follow-up LINE messages, frequently contacting me about when I would arrive and when they could pick me up. The handover was on time, and we were able to go straight into the city. When they delivered it to the hotel, they took a photo in front of the hotel counter and sent it to me, so I could confirm that it had been delivered without fail. I think they are a really convenient and reliable company to entrust things to. I will definitely use them again next time. Thank you very much.

Amazing and professional service! The pick-up and communication by email was smooth and earlier than my booking time which I’m super grateful for. I managed to send my luggage to my accommodation (a hostel/guest house with luggage storage room) using their same-day delivery service without any hassle. If sending to Airbnb you will have to pay extra $25. My luggage also arrived safely at my accomodation without any issue and I managed to retrieve my luggage just in time for check-in. If you arrived on the same day as your concert day and need your luggage to be delivered to your hotel or hostel, please book their service! And make sure to share your booking details and contact them as soon as you arrived at the airport so it’s easy for them to wait for you for luggage pickup. Thank you Luggagent, I will repeat my booking next time!

Great! I had trouble finding the meeting point and contacted them by email, and they replied immediately. (The email correspondence was in English, and they used simple English, which was great!) It would have been better if the meeting point instructions were a little more detailed from the beginning; that's my only complaint. However, they provided detailed instructions when I inquired! I think I accidentally turned away the staff member who called out to me at the meeting point because I didn't recognize my companion, so I apologize if they had to search for us, but the staff member was very pleasant. I was also very satisfied that my luggage was delivered safely to the hotel.

highly recommend this though I hope the prices will be lesser haha. definitely the way to travel to ease we lugging our luggage especially if your flight is a red eye one so you can fully utilise the last day in Seoul.
