Very interesting place if you are interested in Japanese history. it is a little bit far out and you have to plan ahead for traveling. Quite a lot of walking is required in open space and can get quite hot on a sunny day. Do check the weather and dress accordingly before you go

If you are a type of person you really appreciate beautiful history of old Japanese era, this is something highly recommended. Although pretty far from city centre, it is worth checking. A gentle reminder though for a very long walk as this is an outdoor museum. I am glad I have taken this at autumn season.

The park is huge! It is recommended to buy all the tickets for all three types of transportation in the park. You can enter the park around 11 o'clock in the morning and walk around until closing time, but there are still some buildings that you don't have time to take a closer look at. Overall, it is very interesting. There are many interesting interactions in the park, such as taking photos with the police at the police station. And take a photo with the train at the moment when the steam train sprays (the staff thoughtfully used the effect)! It is recommended that everyone who comes to Nagoya must go to Meiji Village for a walk for exercise~

Meiji Village is well worth visiting. After booking tickets on klook, just show the voucher directly at the entrance. A one-day unlimited ride ticket can be purchased at the window separately. For only ¥1,300, you can take the village bus, SL train and subway as you like. In addition, you can rent Meiji-era costumes to take photos at the Hakoro Clothing Store. When visiting different buildings, you can participate in a session explained by a docent, and you will have a deeper understanding of the special features of the building.

You can use it if you purchase it the day before. You can just provide the app screen at the door to the staff for verification, which is so convenient. The park is very large and beautiful. It was a pity that the steam train was not available that day due to maintenance. There are many classic buildings in the park, the scenery is also very beautiful, and you can see many maple leaves. It is worth arranging a whole day to walk around.
