Truly one of the most amazing culinary experience I’ve ever had. Each course was beautifully served and delicious. The chef was so kind and hospitable, even through the language barrier. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a intimate Japanese dining experience.
A wonderful dinner at a small restaurant near Jūban. Easy to find. One chef prepares each dish with great care. Since I don't speak Japanese, the chef announced the dish names, but I didn't quite understand. There wasn't much interaction during the meal. The ingredients were very fresh, which explains why they supply high-quality seafood to various restaurants. The first course was like tofu skin, the second was a winter melon and minced meat soup, the third was fried potato and scallops, the fourth was tuna, squid, shrimp, and another type of fish sashimi, the fifth was a large prawn, the sixth was Wagyu beef, the seventh was tea, the eighth was cucumber and rice, and the ninth was fig. Truly a feast for the eyes and the palate.

It is a profound and memorable meal. The chef carefully improves and integrates the purity and original taste of the ingredients. He does not rely on gorgeous presentation, but it surprises and satisfies the taste buds. The sweet and plump lobster paired with the sharp and overbearing peppercorns is not inconsistent. It is a bold and creative attempt. Fish and rice may seem simple, but it is profound, warm and textured. Well worth a return visit to try the Four Seasons dishes.
Restaurant environment: Easy to find location, very convenient. The restaurant is small, but very comfortable, and you can see the chef cooking. Price: Reasonable Food taste: Fresh ingredients! Experience: The chef silently cooks, and I appreciate this seriousness and simple, unadorned feeling. Food taste: Very palatable Experience: Overall feeling is very comfortable.
Reasonably priced, delicious, and the chef is very polite and attentive. He explains each dish carefully before serving it. When we left, he even saw us out. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again.
When I say this is an experience, it really is. The chef is amazing and such a gentleman. The food was great and as a person who is not big on any seafood I would recommend those to try. The atmosphere was just us and the chef, I would say that it quiet but a very homey feeling. He made fresh wasabi too ❤️
The chef handles the food, dining experience and floor with a kick. The price is worthy of the quality of the food, and I enjoyed a rare and peaceful night
An easy 10 minute stroll from Roppongi Hills we found a little gem of a restaurant, Tetsuan. Serving a kaiseki course menu, Chef carefully prepared each delicate seasonal dish enticing us with a rich aroma, texture and flavour that was just superb. Beautifully presented, it was also a feast for the eyes. Thank you Chef, we will definitely return to enjoy your hospitality!
Great little place, with room for maximum 6 people with one person cooking and preparing everything. We were lucky to have the place just for ourselves and it was a unique dinner! Food was great, king crab very special.
