Reviews
Buying here is cheaper than the official website, and it's very convenient to exchange tickets. Children under elementary school age don't need to buy tickets; just exchange them together when you exchange your own tickets. Very family-friendly!
Purchasing in advance through Klook is very convenient. Ticket exchange and ski clothing rental are directly inside the hotel's West Wing, which is very convenient. The ski slopes are also within the hotel.
This was my first time buying cable car tickets on the platform, and it was very convenient to buy and use them immediately. Plus, it was cheaper than buying them on site. It's a shame I rented clothes too late to get a discount.
Much cheaper than buying tickets on-site. After purchasing, just show the link to the staff for them to redeem. Easy to use, not difficult at all. Highly recommended! But it's very crowded.
Thanks to Coach Peng's instruction, we mastered basic skiing techniques and important safety points in just 3 hours that day.
The use and redemption process for the discount tickets were very smooth and fast. I highly recommend them to friends who are going skiing. You can prepare in advance!
The ski resort is good overall, and the snow is very clean. It would be better if there were more signs on the ski slopes, as there are too many confluences, making it easy to ski in the wrong direction.
The ticket prices are a bit expensive and it's a little difficult to use. There are quite a few people queuing to buy tickets. The good thing is that it doesn't snow here and the weather is nice, but it's a bit windy and cold.
Buying online in advance is very convenient, saving a lot of queuing time. Highly recommended for those with limited time, avoiding crowds. The exchange process is also very simple, and you can redeem at various ski resorts. I will definitely use it again next time.
It would be better if the redemption instructions were more detailed. Open the "redemption screen" on your phone and show it to the ticket agent at the cable car ticket window. The agent will enter the redemption code on the screen and give you a cable car ticket and a ski equipment rental form. Then, proceed to the rental counter. By the way, the staff at the rental counter were very helpful, spoke English clearly enough, and were very friendly.
