The Joint Jam 2023 Ticket

Admission Reminders:

• The package only includes ticket(s) to The Joint Jam 2023. Please refer to Camping and Accommodation For The Joint Jam 2023 (Ticket Not Included) for camping information
• Doors Opening Hours (2-Day Ticket): 2023/05/06 10:00 - 2023/05/07 16:00
• Doors Opening Hours (Day 1 Ticket): 2023/05/06 10:00 - 18:00. Please leave the venue before 22:00
• Doors Opening Hours (Day 2 Ticket): 2023/05/07 08:00 - 16:00. Please leave the venue before 19:00
• Please collect a wristband at the entrance with Klook voucher (1 person per voucher). It is required to show the staff the wristband to leave or to re-enter the venue; therefore, make sure to wear the wristband throughout the event
• Children above 12 will be charged as adults. Children under 6 are free of charge
• Children under 6 must be accompanied by at least 1 paying adult. Each paying adult can bring a maximum of 2 children under 6 to enter the venue. Kindly provide valid IDs of children for staff to check their eligibility for free entry. Parents or guardians must take care of the children throughout the event

Camping Reminders:

• Participants aged above 16 and under 18 must provide Parental Consent to participate in the camping and related activities. The operator reserves the right to not take the participants who do not have Parental Consent and the deposit will not be refunded
• Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult above 18. The operator reserves the right to not take the participants who are under 18 and the deposit will not be refunded

Ticket Reminders:

• Please collect a wristband at the entrance with Klook voucher (1 person per voucher). It is required to show the staff the wristband to leave or to re-enter the venue; therefore, make sure to wear the wristband throughout the event. Do not take off the wristband to give it to others or resell the wristband. If the operator finds out there are people who do not have a wristband, a ticket, or tickets that are not valid on the day, there will be a fine and the people will be escorted to leave the venue
• Please make sure to keep the ticket with you. There will be no reissuing for tickets that are lost, damaged, or can not be identified. If the wristband is heavily damaged, please take the wristband, the Klook voucher, and a valid ID to the information counter for a new wristband. There will be an NTD 200 charge for a new wristband. (1 person can only get a new wristband once)
• For people who do not book a camping package, please leave the venue once the music festivals are over. Do not stay over at the venue
• Please follow the camping rules and regulations for camping participants
• The operator will not be held the responsibilities for the authenticity of the tickets that are bought from the non-official channels
• The operator has the right to deny entry to people who hold a non-official ticket
• Do not buy tickets from nonofficial channels
• Student Ticket Eligibility: Enrollment letter or a valid student ID with a picture that can be used to identify the person (the ID must have an enrollment stamp for the second semester of 2022 on it)
• Senior Ticket Eligibility: Seniors aged above 65 with a valid ID
• Concession Ticket Eligibility: People with a disability certificate and an accompanying person
• Child Ticket Eligibility: Children aged 6 to 12 with a valid ID
• People who fail to provide ID are required to purchase a full-fare ticket on-site. Making up price differences is not allowed
