What to expect
Snow & Surf is the largest snowboard and ski school in Hong Kong. We have the largest and best team of snowboard and ski coaches. What’s more, Snow & Surf is the world’s first indoor snowboard, ski and surf facility! For each appointment you are entitled to 55 minutes shared time on our surf machine. The maximum capacity for the surf facility is 10 and the machine is capable to operate in dual runway mode allowing 2 persons to surf simultaneously. Body-boards and surfboards are available with no extra charge. Changing room with locker and hot-water shower facility is included. Our surfing facilities have been further upgraded and are now housed in a temperature-controlled glass greenhouse, ensuring a perfect climate all year round. Skip the long queues and enjoy a hassle-free experience! With a single flat fee, everyone can enjoy 55 minutes of unlimited fun.
Surfing Experience

Private Lane Enjoy exclusive access to one side of our surfing machine for one hour with up to 5 friends. (Our surfing machine can be divided into two separate lanes; this option grants you private use of one side, allowing for focused skill training and more practice time.)
- Optional Coaching: If you require professional guidance, please contact Snow & Surf to book an instructor.
- Coaching Fee: $300 per session.

Indoor Heated Surfing – Important Notes
- Height Requirement: All participants in the surfing area must be at least 120 cm tall.
- Complimentary Equipment: Bodyboards (prone) and flowboards (stand-up) are provided free of charge.
- On-site Facilities: Changing rooms and shower areas are available, equipped with lockers and hot water showers. Swimwear: Please bring your own swimwear (must be free of metal zippers).
- Essentials: Bring your own towel and a change of clothes.
- Phone Protection: The surfing area is very humid; using a waterproof pouch for your phone is highly recommended.
Bad Weather Arrangement
- Pre-event Weather Conditions: If a Yellow, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning, Strong Wind Signal No. 3, or Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above remains in effect three hours before the activity starts, the event will be cancelled and postponed. Please note that registration fees or donations are non-refundable.
- Weather Conditions During the Event: If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Yellow, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning, Strong Wind Signal No. 3, or Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above while the activity is in progress, the event will be terminated immediately. Registration fees or donations are non-refundable.

Since I chose the afternoon time slot, the main entrance of the building was closed, so I had a bit of trouble finding my way. I recommend going through the parking lot and taking the elevator to the second floor. The instructor was very kind and gave me advice, so I didn’t regret my time and was very satisfied. However, the water current is stronger than you think, so be careful not to get hurt. The water is warm, so you can wear short sleeves and shorts!
It is believed that most of the participants hope to experience skiing activities in advance through the simulated venue. The snow & surf hardware is no problem, which is in line with expectations. Most participants want to experience or learn basic skills before going to the real ski resort in winter. Although it is only a short 1 hour, it is actually very important whether students in the basic teaching of heel toe can get correct guidance (such as posture). Since it is not j/turn s-turn, the guidance method of heel toe is actually quite simple, so it should be easy for students to comprehend. In this regard, I think the software could be improved. Lishen: I don’t have time to teach children’s SB coach daddy.
The venue is good and friendly to novices. Coach Carson is very polite and the instructions are very clear. It is highly recommended. It is highly recommended to learn before going skiing.
It is a very good experience for beginners who have no experience at all. It is also very busy here on weekdays. Everyone in the group class also practices hard. CK sir is very attentive in explaining. My husband has a strong body. He was a little worried at the beginning, but he learned smoothly. He even understood our basic movements 15 minutes early and taught students in accordance with their aptitude. Even after class, he shared his skiing experience. Thank you very much ck sir for your sincere teaching. Highly recommended.
It's interesting, and fun. Though when you fall down it may be slightly painful. Worth a try. Facility is good.
