The cruise departs from the 2nd floor of the Bay Quarter shopping complex, which is near Yokohama Station. Yokohama Station is large, so depending on the train you take, you may have to walk quite a distance to the boarding point. There is a waiting room near the boarding point where you can wait if you arrive early.

Too Good..! What an experience to get a view of the entire Yokohama Port from the other side. We had an amazing 1.5 hrs tour. The guide was so informative and courteous. Highly recommended..

The attraction was very good and the vessel pilot took his time to go around Yokohama Harbour sites. if it’s a clear night make sure you are outside as you will get the best pictures. the city looks great with all the illuminations. if I was picky I’d say an audio in English would be welcome but this didn’t distract from an enjoyable experience

Location: The boarding point wasn't very clearly marked, and we went to the wrong pier (the red brick warehouse). We ended up taking a taxi to the correct boarding location and thankfully made it to Yokohama Bay Quarter in time. The order stated the boat ride was 90 minutes, but it was actually 60 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience.

The pictures and texts are seriously inconsistent. Fortunately, the tour guide on the boat was very professional, otherwise it would only have one star.

It is a cheap old sea bus travel that you can not expect it a luxurious trip! However, the lady on the boat did well.

We took a flat boat with no restaurant. I thought it was there in the photo, but it turned out not to be there. In addition, when you arrived at the meeting area, remember to check in and then queue up. I felt that the explanation was not clear.
