【BIG Series】

• Duration: 6 hours
• Overtime Fee: $250/30 minutes

• Single Frame Size: Approximately 45×45 cm, you can create your own design
• Double Frame Size: Approximately 60×60 cm, you can create your own design

Image File Submission

• To ensure that all participants can take their completed works home, please refer to “How to Choose an Image?” above and submit your artwork to the Little Red Flower mailbox (contact@littleredfafa.com) for discussion “no later than 5 days before the start of the class.”
• The subject line should follow this format: 【BIG Image Confirmation】Date-Session Start Time-Name of Purchaser-Your Name. Example: 【BIG Image Confirmation】09/15-1200-Cheng Youqing-Li Daren
• If you don't have an image file, basic reference images are available on-site for selection.

【Mini Series】

• Duration: 2.5 hours
• Overtime Fee: $125/30 minutes
• If still unfinished, you can entrust the teacher to complete it for a processing fee of $800, or take the unfinished product home.

1. 【Mini】Handmade Rug Class Size: Approximately 25×25 cm (1 piece)
2. 【Mini】Handmade Coaster Class Size: Approximately 10x10 cm (2 pieces)

The mini version experience conditionally allows you to choose your own image. Please read the conditions below carefully.

• You need to "draw the image on the backing cloth by hand" on the day. It is recommended to use large color blocks, simple lines, avoid real photos, and avoid detailed facial features (please refer to the above images for examples).
• You can print the self-selected image on A3 paper and bring it to the site for tracing (please remember to "flip the image horizontally", so that the final result will be correct).

Overtime Definition:

• Failure to complete the edging and trimming steps (excluding taking photos) within the original scheduled end time of the class. An overtime fee will be charged for 30 minutes or more (i.e., from the 31st minute).
• Example: If the original scheduled time for the class is 15:30-17:30, no fee will be charged for those who complete the edging steps before 18:00. From 18:01, a half-hour overtime fee will be charged. From 18:31, a one-hour overtime fee will be charged. And so on.

Precautions

• To ensure teaching quality and the rights of students, please do not be late!
• The classroom will be open 10 minutes before the start of the event.
• This event is intended for "adults (16 years and older)"!
• Those who have not registered for the course are not allowed to audit or accompany (no pets allowed).
• Water or beverages are allowed in the venue, so please feel free to bring them.
• The time to complete the rug varies from person to person, so it is strongly recommended not to arrange a tight schedule after the class.
• Because the machine operation requires very careful maintenance, please treat the machines with care.
• The machine has a certain degree of danger, so please be sure to pay attention to safety and do not play around.
• Remember to bring a hair tie to tie up long hair.
• If you need to shoot videos or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing an order!
• This event may be photographed and recorded as event highlights for the company's website, marketing materials, etc. It does not involve private areas, so students can rest assured. If you mind your personal portrait being used publicly, you can actively inform the staff on site. If you are not informed, you agree to let Little Red Flower Art & Culture Factory use the recorded images of your portrait.
