Izu Kawazu Sakura Cherry Blossom & Strawberry Picking Day Tour

A very fuss-free way to visit the Kawazu Sakura Festival, which is otherwise rather difficult to get to with public transport. Our guide Arpan gave us clear instructions to allow us to make the best use of our available sightseeing time. The strawberries were delicious and the sakura were blooming very beautifully!

it was such a nice day , even got to see Mount Fuji while we drive to first location. the strawberry picking was fun, make sure you know you can’t take any with you. Wish we would’ve skipped the bamboo walk so we had more time at festival, but still great day. my only issue is we could not find the guide easily , but after that it was a smooth tour. would do it again

The Izu trip was truly wonderful! Kevin Liu planned the schedule perfectly. In the morning, we picked fresh and sweet strawberries, and in the afternoon, we enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable stroll along the Shuzenji Bamboo Forest Path. Finally, we went to Kawazu to see the early cherry blossoms. The itinerary was rich and never felt rushed. His explanations were lively, and there was constant laughter throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

The tour guide was great, the strawberries were really big and delicious, super sweet. The best part is that you can eat as much as you want. The cherry blossoms are very beautiful. However, lunch was not included.

The itinerary was as described. The tour guide introduced the attractions along the way. We could see Mount Fuji from the rest stops we passed. The strawberries were very sweet, and the Kawazu cherry blossoms were in full bloom and beautiful. However, the traffic congestion was very serious.

We went during a holiday in Japan, so the traffic was terrible. However, everyone was very cooperative and the trip went smoothly. The cherry blossoms in Kawazu were beautiful, and the food at the festival was also delicious.

Everything was fine, but there were many groups departing from Tokyo Station at the same time. It was confusing and time-consuming to ask each group if it was the one I had signed up for.

I wished we had more time at the Kawazu Zakura festival since it was during full bloom season. It was partially cut short to 1 1/2 hours due to traffic congestion on the way there. Guide could have come atleast 5mins earlier from the departure time to save time on headcount. No thorough introduction by the guide on the attraction of the place visited. I was not pleased when the guide just dropped us off at the bus parking to leave us explore by ourselves, when we actually lost our bearing to the kawazu festival from the parking. I suggest he could have atleast showed us the way to the festival's street before letting us explore at our free time. No recommendation of the foods or local products by guide. And there were participants who complained that the flag carried by the guide was so tiny to be noticed.

it was raining and very windy during our visit, but the kawazu sakura is really pretty! Even though most of it already turning green but at some spot you can still take a good picture. Tour leader helpful and thankfully the itinerary run on time

The tour leader, Ar Pan, was responsible and the timing was well arranged. The return trip had some traffic and took 4 hours, but overall it was very good.
