Review for: B-1 Luge + Hanjeongsik + Cafe + Experience Center + Market

The luge ride was a lot of fun! First, you take the cable car up, and the scenery is also beautiful. Along the way, there are several cameras that take photos of your luge ride. You can print one photo, and the rest can be downloaded. 👍 Our guide said it's available all year round unless there's severe wind or rain. We came in June, and the weather was great. The hillsides were covered in beautiful flowers. In winter, the hillsides are covered in snow. The Hanjeongsik (Korean set meal) was also wonderful, allowing us to experience various Korean side dishes. The Choyang Textile Cafe has beautiful decor, and their famous salt bread, coffee, and desserts are all excellent. The handkerchief stamping experience was also fun, but it's only 20 minutes, so everyone needs to be quick, haha. You can take it home as a souvenir. 😄 Many thanks to our guide today, Sammi, she was great!

Review for: A-2 INSPIRE Resort + Luge + Feeding Seagulls + Traditional Park + Railbike

This was a very enjoyable trip. First and foremost, I must commend our tour guide, Lio; he is a perfect guide! He managed time exceptionally well, reminding us at appropriate moments. When group decisions were needed for certain arrangements, he used a messaging app for voting, which helped avoid unnecessary awkwardness. Lio's instructions were very clear, and he frequently reminded us about safety and important matters. He even helped us take photos at just the right times! Lio is truly an outstanding guide. He also gave us time to rest in the car when needed. I really hope to have him as our guide again on future trips. Secondly, the luge ride was fantastic; you absolutely must do it twice—it's so thrilling! The cable car ride up the mountain offered incredibly beautiful scenery. The subsequent seagull feeding experience will surely be unforgettable. After lunch, the rail bike was a great way to get some exercise, and the scenery was stunning! For the last stop, the resort, I wish we could have had more time, as there were many shops, restaurants, and the environment was very clean. This trip made for a truly perfect day.

Review for: A-1 Luge + Railbike + Feeding Seagulls + Wolmido & More

We boarded in Myeongdong. Due to the summer holiday, there were 40 people in our group. The luge ride was incredibly fun! First, we took a chairlift up the mountain, then slid back down. Young children rode with adults in the same cart. We had time to go twice, and after the ride, we could purchase photos as souvenirs. Feeding the seagulls from the boat was delightful; we fed them two bags of shrimp crackers. The rail bike was very unique, and the scenery along the way was beautiful and pleasant. Our tour guide, CJ, explained the itinerary and arrangements in detail in Mandarin. Even with a large group, the arrangements were excellent. The driver was very polite, always greeting us with a smile when we got on and off the bus, and the ride was very smooth. CJ and the driver were fantastic! Although the weather was extremely hot, it was definitely worth it, and we had a wonderful time.

Review for: C Ganghwa BBQ + Luge + Hwagae Garden + Skywalk Observatory + Market

This time, due to the small number of participants, only our group of five friends signed up for the tour. The travel agency initially asked if we wanted to switch to another Chinese-speaking tour, but we felt an English-speaking tour would be fine. So, the travel agency arranged for a Korean driver who spoke basic English to pick us up from our hotel and take our group of five to the activities. The entire travel experience was simply delightful and unforgettable. I must emphasize that the driver was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our luggage was a bit heavy, and he proactively helped us carry it. He recommended local snacks to us 😋. Knowing we didn't speak Korean, he meticulously clarified details with staff at each attraction and guided us to the correct entrances. For example, when we went luge riding, he accompanied us up the mountain, guided us through putting on safety gear, and showed us how to choose our luge track. Additionally, during meal times, the driver carefully asked the restaurant owner about the barbecue steps and even cooked for us himself, allowing us to savor authentic local cuisine. Therefore, I sincerely want to thank the driver for making our trip so enriching 🫶🏻🫶🏻🥹. Furthermore, we were extremely satisfied with the itinerary and attraction arrangements. It felt like transitioning from a city walk in Seoul to a local tour exploring mountains and rivers. Hwagae Garden was beautiful; there were no other visitors in the early stages of our visit, so we had the entire place to ourselves and could take photos everywhere. Although there was an extra charge to take the monorail up to Hwagae Mountain Skywalk, the scenery was breathtaking. With blue skies and white clouds, walking on the skywalk offered panoramic views of the countryside and a glimpse of the North Korean border in the distance. The locals were also very friendly; even with the language barrier, they actively tried to communicate with us. The monorail ride was also worthwhile, like a slow roller coaster with butterflies fluttering around (this is true, there were many butterflies 🦋), offering beautiful scenery along the way. Gyodong Yongri Market is a small market with a few shops selling traditional local snacks that are hard to find in Seoul. They offered samples to visitors without any pressure to buy. The Jeju yuzu rice crackers recommended by the driver were delicious and highly recommended for purchase! Regarding the food, although the quality was just average, being able to personally experience the local barbecue culture and taste authentic local dishes being prepared was worth trying. The driver's cooking skills were excellent; it was my first time tasting such delicious instant noodles 🥹😋. I really want to ask him for his cooking tips. The luge ride was really exciting and fun, but unfortunately, the itinerary only included one ride. We had to pay extra to ride it two or three times. It was clear that the entire trip was a local tour, with only locals and no other foreign tourists. I really liked this aspect, as it allowed us to truly experience the local culture and the simple, rustic charm of the countryside. There were also very few people at the luge, so there was no waiting in line, and we were able to ride twice quickly. Finally, I want to sincerely thank the driver again. His attentiveness and dedication created an unforgettable memory for our group of five. I truly thank the driver (I hope he sees this review) for silently and diligently taking care of us. Driver, thank you so much! 🫶🏻

The luge ride is fun! Remember to bring cash here. If you want to buy souvenir photos for ₩20,000 or ride the luge again, it's cheaper if your tour guide buys the tickets. The ticket price is ₩12,000. If a child rides with an adult in the same cart, it's ₩7,000. Two rides are usually enough. There's not much to see at the market. Feeding the seagulls is a lot of fun! Our tour guide, CJ, was friendly, enthusiastic, and very entertaining. He even offered to take pictures for everyone, which added a lot of enjoyment to our trip!

The itinerary was rich and varied, with perfect timing between each activity. We always departed on time, but never felt rushed. There was ample time to enjoy each unique attraction, making excellent use of our time. After returning, we even had time to visit the night market for dinner. I should also mention that lunch was very satisfying, and the time allotted for each part of the trip was just right. It was fantastic! 👍🏻👏🏻

Regarding this trip, I am very grateful to Klook's Sammi for demonstrating very professional service quality and showing meticulous care for each traveler. The time arrangement in each activity itinerary was appropriate, and the recommended restaurants were unique, allowing travelers to taste the local culinary culture. In addition, during the afternoon's manual luge activity, special attention was paid to our safety measures, allowing travelers to have fun and be safe. The itinerary's explanation of Seoul's attractions and Korean lifestyle gave me more knowledge. Finally, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Thank you to tour guide Sammi for her dedication to the travelers and for tirelessly taking pictures of us feeding the seagulls on the boat. I hope to meet such a professional tour guide again when I come to Seoul for tourism and participate in Klook activities next time!
