After 15 years of operation, Mr. Zhu retired and passed on the management rights of Zhu Ji to Zhu Ji, who has been with Zhu Ji for many years. Mr. Yang Jinyong, a fellow soldier in the army who worked hard together, took over Zhu Ji and worked hard to run it. He hopes that "Zhu Ji" can become the most authentic and humane traditional northern noodle restaurant.
