Kim's Massage and Spa (No.5) Experience in Phuket Old Town

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The service was excellent and surprisingly affordable, offering fantastic value for the quality provided. They were more than happy to reschedule my appointment when I needed to make a change. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service that won't break the bank!

Reservation was easy. Cozy atmosphere. Great massage. Hot towel provided after, and tea and snacks as well. Good experience! I would say there are better times but value for money nonetheless.

You can shower for free before getting a massage, and body wash and shampoo are provided. There is no dryer. Since I need to remove sunscreen, it might be better to bring my own toiletries?? The masseuse sometimes speaks poor English. I asked my husband if it was okay to have a male masseuse, but the reason was because there was no curtain in the middle. Then shouldn’t you ask for my understanding as a woman?? I don't quite understand that.

Me and my wife both had a lovely massage and we would do another session the next day if we weren’t in a rush for time. Do take note of the massage location as there are 2 with the same name there but different lanes. Overall highly recommend!

we walked in and bought the package on site. it was 7 pm yet we didn't really have to wait. worth a try if you happen to be at Phuket old town.

The environment is clean and sanitary, and the waiting time is not too long, about 30 minutes. I originally wanted to buy at the Walk-in, but I saw on Klook online that the prices in the store are cheaper ~ There is banana and flower tea available, and there are many foreigners to help ~ The staff is kind and friendly

It's very comfortable to press! The decoration is also very unique and the environment is very clean. I just happened to press the button for a full 90 minutes while my daughter was asleep! What a blessing! Also tip! Don’t forget it!

The greeting attitude is ok. You can call and make an appointment. It is not that difficult to book compared to Lets Relax. The price is very cost-effective. The on-site price is 1190thb and it takes 2 hours to buy it on klook.
