Pacific Place “Orbstellar Metaspace” - Terms and Conditions

Attendance at “Orbstellar Metaspace” is subject to the below terms and conditions.

Customer and Ticket Purchasing Notice:

• The experience is limited to 50 minutes per session.
• Public ticket sales start on 1 August 2022. Tickets can only be purchased online at Klook via electronic payments.
• Please ensure that the input information is correct, and the ticket information is not subject to modification.
• All tickets and promo codes are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. A maximum of 10 tickets can be included in each purchase order. Shoppers must input the promo code during checkout at Klook to enjoy the discount.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In case of inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances, reservations will be cancelled automatically and will not be rescheduled.
• Each ticket or QR code on the confirmation email can only be used once and shall be presented upon entry. Tickets will not be re-issued in case of loss or expiry.
• Entry will be granted only on the date and time stated on the ticket or confirmation email. Visitors must arrive and vacate the premises during the times listed on their ticket. Expired tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
• The right of admission is reserved by Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited. Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Children under the age of 3 do not need to purchase tickets.
• Purchases of ticket(s) and/or merchandise are not entitled to Pacific Place shopping rewards redemptions, parking promotions and above points registration.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial packages or at a premium, nor may they be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
• This exhibition contains bright, flashing lights and/or imagery which may not be suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Moving images may also cause dizziness and/or vertigo for some visitors.
• All reasonable precaution measures have been implemented in the venue. Each participant voluntarily accepts and acknowledges the inherent and other risks associated with the use of or participation in “Orbstellar Metaspace”, as well as all other risks, all risks of which an ordinary prudent person is or should be aware, and all risks of which the participant is warned pursuant to these terms and conditions.
• Swire Properties Management Limited, XCEPT Limited, and its agents will not be responsible for any loss (including but not limited to, direct, indirect, or consequential losses), bodily or physical injury, harm, or death that may be caused by, arise, result from, or be attributable to the use of or participation in “Orbstellar Metaspace”.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring the safety of their personal belongings. Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited are not liable for any loss of or damage to participants' belongings.
• Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited reserve the right to cancel and reschedule “Orbstellar Metaspace” sessions, change the number of participants or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to participants.
• Personal information collected will only be used for registration confirmation, admission and verification purposes, all information will be kept highly confidential. With the consent of participants, the personal information will also be used by Swire Properties Management Limited to provide direct marketing materials in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Participant agrees that the naming of planets applied to the “Orbstellar Metaspace” co-created artwork must not contain offensive language and/or word(s), any remarks of hatred, attack, contempt or discrimination in any respect (including but not limited to races, colours, genders, languages, religions, political or other opinions, nationalities and identities), and must not in any way violate the applicable laws and regulations. Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited are not responsible nor shall be held accountable for the naming of planets applied to the “Orbstellar Metaspace” co-created artwork and reserve the right to remove or not display any planets deemed inappropriate.
• Swire Properties Management Limited is not the issuing party behind any merchandise and/or non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) available at “Orbstellar Metaspace” and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality of any merchandise and NFTs.
• Upon purchase of tickets, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions from Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited.

Epidemic Prevention Notice:

• Visitors will be required to show their Vaccine Pass upon entry. Visitors aged 18+ are required to have two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Visitors aged 12-17 are required to have one dose of the vaccine if within 6 months from first dose and second dose if after 6 months from the first dose.
• Under the Vaccine Pass arrangement, visitors can use the latest version of the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app to store their vaccination record, that is, the electronic vaccination QR code, or the QR code of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate issued by a doctor.
• All visitors must scan the QR code of the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app to record details of attendance.
• All visitors are required to wear a mask when entering the venue as well as for the duration of their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.
• All persons wearing “compulsory quarantine” hand straps will be prohibited from entering the venue.
• Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited reserve the right to refuse entry to “Orbstellar Metaspace” to anyone:

1. who has been suspected or confirmed to have contracted COVID-19 or has been in close contact with someone who has been confirmed to have contracted or is displaying symptom(s) of COVID-19;
2. who is subject to compulsory quarantine arrangement according to the HKSAR Government’s requirement on the date of entry.
3. who is feeling unwell or is displaying any symptoms of sickness such as fever (>=37.5°C), a cough, a sore throat or shortness of breath.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final and conclusively binding.
• In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
