BIC Camera in Osaka is a shopper's paradise! While I didn't specifically utilize a tourist discount, the sheer range of electronics and the competitive pricing made it worthwhile. Thanks to you, I bought it at a great price. Bic Camera in Namba, Osaka has the cheapest Takara Tomy Tomica. As of February 2026, the most expensive place was 584 yen per item including tax, and most places are over 500 yen. But at Bic Camera, it was around 445 yen including tax, and I bought it even cheaper with tax exemption and coupons. The 7th floor has toys and stationery, etc., and there are quite a few other toys. However, tax exemption and coupon benefits are given by combining the amounts, but only products purchased on the 7th floor must exceed that amount. The 2nd floor (food, etc.) must be done separately.
