Gangwon-do and Gyeonggi-do Private Car Charter

It was very convenient for our family to book a private charter as my parents get easily dizzy. We booked this for Nami Island, Gangchon Rail Bike, and Garden of Morning Calm. Denny, our driver, was very helpful and was very patient despite us going over the time.

We booked for Korean Folk Village and Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Our assigned driver, Steven, was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we’re enjoying the trip.

Our first time to have a lady driver. Ms Chaeyeon Lee was very friendly and helpful in our overall travel experience. Our itinerary included Eobi Ice Valley, Alpaca Land, Begonia Bird Farm and Garden of Morning Calm. thank you! 😊

We really love our driver who became our tour guide as well, despite our numerous itinerary changes. He made sure to accomodate every bit of it. Thank you, Oppa Allen! Very much recommended! His joke skills and accomodating personality is beyond what we were expecting.. He also became our photographer at times. Our team really had a great time touring! Thank you, Allen Oppa!

it is better to avail private charter when travelling with senior citizens. you can mix and match the place you want to explore tourist destinations are far from the city. .the driver is on time and accomodating.

Our driver Ms. Lee is very helpful with our trip. She contacted us a night before the day of the trip and asked us about our itinerary. She recommended a few points where we can improve our plan to maximize the trip.

Our driver Jack was accommodating and easy to speak with. He confirmed our pickup time 1 day prior and was prompt on the day. We purposely only had 1 itinerary as we don't want to feel rushed. Jack helped us in securing tickets for Alpaca land and patiently waited for us in the car. As it was snowing heavily, he gave reminders of ETA back to Seoul so we'd refrain from paying overtime fee. Overall a great experience!

The driver Mr jack was very sweet. He flexibly drove us according to our timetable, consulted us where to go and offered to take photos for us. He even gave us a good digging into Korean cuisine how to eat a Korean traditional dish which proved to be helpful.

we hired alan for a day tour to Nami island, Petite France and garden of morning calm. alan was punctual (in fact he was v early) and meticulous with the planning. we ended with a slight over-run in time as we wanted to spend more time at the garden. along the way, alan provided explanation to the places we wanted to go and also insight to the way of life in Korea.

Full marks for our tour guide, Mr. Song! 🌟 Our private car tour of Seoul for the day was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to our guide, Mr. Song! He speaks incredibly fluent Mandarin and very authentic Korean, allowing for seamless communication with locals throughout the entire trip. He helped us order food, ask for directions, and buy tickets, making everything go smoothly. Even though it rained all day, Mr. Song was incredibly thoughtful. He reminded us in advance to buy raincoats at the convenience store and specifically told us to wear them when riding the rail bike to avoid getting wet. Sure enough, the rain intensified during the bike ride, but thanks to our preparation, we stayed completely dry and comfortable. At every attraction, he proactively helped us take photos, finding the best angles and adjusting the lighting. He also pointed out must-see spots, like the hidden garden at the Garden of Morning Calm and the best photo spots for the rail bike, so we didn't have to do any research ourselves. What touched us most was his special care for the elderly person in our group. He proactively suggested routes that avoided stairs, opting for slopes or flat paths, and slowed down his pace to accommodate them. He even made sure to stop at the closest entrance when we needed to use the restroom. When everyone got hungry during the trip, he immediately found a suitable restaurant for us, specifically avoiding places with stairs. He recommended incredibly authentic Korean BBQ, taught us how to order and how to pair side dishes for the most traditional experience, and even monitored the grilling temperature for us. The elderly person was extremely satisfied with the meal. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Song's private car service. He switches seamlessly between Chinese and Korean, is attentive and considerate. We will definitely look for him again on our next trip to Korea! 🚲🦙🌳
