Luggage Information
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- Effective 1 December 2023, all foreign travellers to Malaysia are required to complete a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival in Malaysia

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Additional Pick up and drop off point at SGD20 per additional location
- An additional surcharge of SGD20 per 30 minutes will be charged when the waiting time exceeds complimentary wait time of 30-minute
- For chartering service more than 12 hours, it will be charged at SGD30 per hour

We had to cancel last minute due to medical reasons. It was non refundable but good thing klook gave us credits instead.
Hotel to hotel pick-up, there are seven passengers in total, it is very spacious, everyone has luggage, and the space is quite enough, it is a convenient choice.

Good to have Mr LK pick us up from Ang Mo Kio to JB promptly. Profession enough to drive thru despite heavy jam from S’pore immigration to Malaysia customs. Only found out 1 day before change to Hyundai but car is clean 👍 Disappointed from KSL JB driver requested to fetch us 6 pax back to Singapore at 4pm but we could be there as per scheduled so driver picked us up at 6:30 and car is old and surprised driver sent us back at different drop off point (I requested Woodlands Causeway Point that’s nearer to Singapore custom) Overall, still feel good, and it can be better😊
