I have placed the order about 4 days prior to the trip. However the order werent confirmed until the noon of that trip. we have to buy another ticket at the counter since the trip was meant to start early of that day. Luckily the agent at Klook understood the situation quickly and a refund was arranged a few days after the trip. All I can say is that we arrived at the counter early and didn't need to rely on the order to secure our seat, otherwise no compensation or refund can recover our loss.
