Went to the Siam Square branch for gel polish manicure and pedicure. Service was good. The colour of the nails was exactly what I wanted. The only concern is they reused the nail files that seem not hygienic enough.

Hair removal is a difficult moment, but frankly it was very gentle. Very friendly, very attentive in a magnificent setting. I recommend it.
