It was a great time getting to know Hiroshima's delicious sake. I was impressed by the technique of extracting various tastes and flavors from simple ingredients. The instructors who explained everything were also very kind.

very good sake, and the manager was very helpful. I stopped in the museum first before getting lunch, which was delicious.

We had this experience today. got there at 3:15pm, no food, 3 small tastings, received two of their cheapest bottles of sake. over in 15min. we could have paid 200 yen per person for the tasting. Complete underwhelming and overpriced.
