👉🏻Buy it on Klook and use it after opening the QR Code on the same day (you need to enter and exit the gate at the QR Code, please note) 👍🏼In addition, it is highly recommended to buy the express LAVIEW, which is half an hour faster than the ordinary train. The mustard yellow seat is also spacious and comfortable💛, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the scenery all the way. 🔖 Recommended itinerary Ikebukuro (take the 8:30 LAVIEW Express) 👉🏻 About 8 minutes from Seibu Chichibu Station (walk to Ohanabata Station) 👉🏻 Nagatoro Station (take photos at Iwabata, Arakawa rafting boat, Hozan Tonjinja Shrine) 👉🏻 Lunch (miso pork cutlet rice) 👉🏻 Afternoon tea (Asami Refrigerated Ice 🍧, Imorara's 🍠Mont Blanc) 👉🏻 Go back to Seibu Chichibu to visit the shopping street and the shrine to buy souvenirs, and finally take a hot spring at the station before returning to Ikebukuro.
Purchase a Seibu Railway one-day pass e-ticket. Activate the QR code on the day of use. However, it can only be used at gates with QR codes. If some small stations don't have QR code gates, show the QR code to the station staff. Although I didn't see any station staff in front of Seibu Stadium Station at the time, I saw a notice saying there was a call button nearby to notify them. Playing at the following attractions that day was really great value for the price. Seibu Railway One-Day Pass $1000 0916 Seibu-Shinjuku --> 1025 Motokaji Walk 1.6 km Moomin Valley Park → 1330 Tamako Station Lake Tama Sayama Nature Park → 1500 Hanakoganei Park Station Koganei Park
This time I bought a one-day pass to go to Chichibu and Nagatoro. Personally, I think it’s very worthwhile. The scenery is beautiful, especially the natural scenery of Nagatoro! But what you should pay special attention to is that the ticket exchange place has very short business hours, only from 8 am to 3 pm! Take the time to exchange your tickets! In addition, it is recommended to buy a special ticket and take La View to Chichibu. It saves time and the seats are very comfortable😌
Due to time constraints, I couldn't visit both Chichibu and Kawagoe, so I ended up going to Chichibu and Seibu-Kyujo-mae. Following everyone's advice, I added the limited express ticket for Chichibu, and it was definitely worth it! The train was super cute and comfortable, making the ride very enjoyable! Chichibu wasn't particularly lively since it wasn't during a festival, and many shops on the shopping street were closed (I heard they open in the evening? We went during the day), but it still had a charming atmosphere. I visited Hitsujiyama Park, but since it wasn't flower season yet, I just walked around. If you have time, you can enjoy the hot springs in front of the station (I didn't go this time). As it wasn't baseball season, I could only take photos outside the Seibu Lions Stadium, but the mini train that goes there was very cute; fans might want to check it out. Overall, it was a very convenient one-day pass! I hope to have the chance to see the Chichibu Night Festival and other places next time.
I exchanged my ticket at the Seibu Railway Tourist Information Center in Ikebukuro Station. The physical tickets are beautiful, but the downside is that you can only use the manual ticket gates. I bought a limited express ticket first, then exchanged it for the pass, and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Nagatoro is so beautiful and serene, I will definitely visit again. I also highly recommend Matsuri no Yu next to Seibu-Chichibu Station; the onsen is 1100 yen on weekdays.
You can use electronic tickets directly by scanning the QR code; no need to redeem physical tickets. If you want to ride the Laview, you can purchase reserved seating on the Seibu website. When entering the station, just scan the one-day pass code and take your seat according to the reservation made on the website. If asked for a ticket, simply show the limited express purchase confirmation on your mobile device. Very convenient.
The paper ticket is very textured and thick. You have to show it to the accountant before entering the ticket station. It is very convenient to use the ticket for unlimited rides. The counter is also easy to communicate with.
The Seibu Railway One-Day Pass is very useful. It can be used in a wide range of areas such as Seibu Chichibu, Seibu Stadium, Seibu Garden, Honkawagoe, Hanno, Tokorozawa. You can also purchase a special express ticket to reserve the Laview special express train.
Fast and easy redemption. As I was only going to Kawagoe, so I was told not worth to upgrade to limited express. I went to the 冰川神社 first via local bus from the station and walked to the shopping district. The shopping street was bustling and many snacks available. A nice day trip with affordable 2 way transport fee. If you were to stop at the museum, you need to alight from the station and walk or take a bus. Not very keen on these places so I didn't go.
It is very convenient to pick it up at Seibu Ikebukuro Station after ordering on klook. The Kadokawa Museum in Higashi Tokorozawa is highly recommended. Then we also arrived in Kawagoe. Highly recommended in the suburbs of Tokyo. The tickets are special. Use artificial passages when using.
