We really enjoyed the class. Miki-san and Michiyo-san were very patient and helpful. We learnt the technique in preparing sushi rice, dashi, miso soup, the japanese rolled-egg, californian style sushi, japanese sushi style. At the end of the class we could ate what we made as well. Really recommend the class. Thank you so much🙏🌷
I had an amazing time learning and cooking. The instructors were friendly, helpful and everyone was hands on. I showed up early and there is a lovely shrine nearby. I recommend trying this cooking class and sharpening your sushi knowledge.
