The driver was very helpful, he suggested communication through Klook service people who speak English. In this way, we could solve any question. He also brought us to the cave in the area.

The driver arrived on time however we are very disappointed. The car is not MPV. It is very old and broken car used for tour service and the seat is not comfortable at all. The driver also speak very loud over the phone every time he pick up phone. The worst thing is he tried to find the free shuttle bus going up to the entrance instead of drop us to the entrance. We paid for the private transfer to the entrance !!! Lucky the bus still empty and have to wait long. We insist being drop in the entrance as we have admission timing between 08:00-10:00 am otherwise we will miss the timing. He has no choice but send us up to the entrance. Not recommended at all for the price we paid.
