If you make a reservation in advance, you can enter right away, but if you have a child who is eligible for free admission, you must receive a free ticket at the ticket booth. I looked around for about 4 hours and only saw the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you want to see up to the 1st floor, you will need to look around all day, so I highly recommend it. I found a cheap parking lot nearby.
