Never tried opéra gâteau, surprisingly can be purchased from regal hotel through Klook, so ordered a cake for a week in advance! Staff will contact later for re-confirmation and ask customer for Happy Birthday name card. Happy birthday chocolate card is free but name tag will charge HKD20. Staff is nice and polite.
I have been paying attention to Klook's recommendations. I saw the hotel cakes, so I ordered the Napoleon cakes for celebrating my birthday with friends. The service after the hotel booking was also good. Will continue to support

Mango is not like a piece of picture, but piece by piece. But it doesn't matter much, but the mango is black. I didn't notice when I took it. Their cards covered the black part. I went to pick it up at the scheduled time. There was no one in the bakery, and there was a bell call, but there was no response for most of the day. Behind it is the related restaurant. Sister Shuiba saw me entering, and she asked if she could help me in the middle of walking 50 meters (I thought it was buying a house if I wanted to enter the restaurant!?). Halfway through the conversation, she just said that she couldn't hear me. This service attitude is really good. The packaging is pretty good, and the cake is sweeter, which I personally think is very ordinary. The redemption process is fast and the staff service is good. After ordering the cake, a staff member will contact you to confirm the order.
The taste is good, the price is low, the pick-up location is convenient at the door, the staff is courteous, and it is worth buying again
