My experience this time: First, the hotel environment is good, the indoor and outdoor pools are large enough, and the West Wing rooms are the best choice for convenience. However, checking in and waiting for a room took time, and I didn't get a room until after 4 o'clock. There were no seats in the lobby, and too many guests were standing and waiting for rooms. Klook said there were two coffee coupons, but there was only one per room, and I had to ask the hotel again. The travel photography had no follow-up, and I had to ask the front desk (in a word, annoying). I booked one night each for Chinese food/buffet for the two-night stay. You have to arrive early for the breakfast and dinner buffets, otherwise there will be no seats/no food. There are plenty of seats in the Chinese restaurant because the food is not good. The cleanliness/comfort of the room is average. Finally, taking a taxi at noon takes time, so good luck if you're in a hurry! The lady at the front desk was very nice. I ordered a package that included a small gift for the children. But when she saw that I had two children, she was afraid that they would fight over each other, so she gave multiple copies. The children were very happy. Because we had some transportation problems back home, the receptionist, Mr. Cheng Ke, was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us solve it. It was really a 5-star service. The room is very clean. Facing the sea is very comfortable. Children love it.

The swimming pool is indoor and outdoor, and the baby play area is indoor and outdoor, but they are not very big. The beach facing the hotel is average, but the public area of Xiaojingwan is more expansive and fun. The rooms have balconies, be careful of mosquitoes, mosquitoes on the beach are too fierce.
