酒店硬件本身可以，但前台質素不行。 訂單寫兩點入住，我們三點多到酒店，但職員表示客人多房間仍在收拾，要多等40分鐘。在沒有空調的大堂等，十分悶熱。可惜到4:30房間仍未收拾完, 只得推前台交涉，但前台職員表示房間未弄好沒辦法，後來再與經理交涉, 表示可升級到有泡池的房間，即時有房，到五點才取房間。 前台職員嘅態度，好像認為客人多未能準時交房是理所當然的。
