The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
Pets cannot be accommodated
Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags can be accommodated and considered as 4 pieces of 24-inch standard luggage

Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before the travel date

Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
Due to public activities and traffic conditions, waiting time for pick ups may be extended
The driver will contact the passenger 1 hour before the pick up time. The operator can also be reached by Whatsapp or SMS
Child seats are available upon request
Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
